Algiers - Post and ICT Minister Boudjemaà Haichour considered Wednesday in Algiers, as "essential" international cooperation in the fight against cybercrime, insofar as, the interest to fight this cybercrime is common to all the countries," he stressed. Speaking on the occasion of the celebration of the World Telecommunication Day, which coincides with the 14th anniversary of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) setting up, Haichour pointed out the necessity "to overcome gaps existing between developed and developing countries by setting up a true technological transfer."
