After retiring from full-time employment Josef commenced writing poetry in order to share his thoughts of life and the world. His poems have been published internationally in print magazines, on-line journals and anthologies including Best Australian Poems 2006 and dance the guns to silence.
Also Orbis, erbacce, stride, The Write Angle and others. He lives with his wife at Korora which is by the sea on the mid-north coast of New South Wales Australia.
When not writing poems he does voluntary work and takes his dogs on the beach where thay can run and play.
