Lauri Kubuitsile is a writer living in Botswana. Her short fiction has been published in New Contrasts (South Africa), Mslexia (UK) and Spinetingler (USA), among others. She has twice won highly commended in the Commonwealth Short Story Contest. She also writes educational materials, including radio scripts, and is currently working on a science textbook series for the junior secondary level.
She has one published novella, The Fatal Payout (Macmillan 2005).
