Sarah Zale teaches writing at the University of Phoenix and facilitates the online workshop Poetry First! from her website (www.sarahwrite.com). Former editor-in-chief of Pitkin Review at Goddard College, her poetry has appeared in Comstock Review, Sow’s Ear Poetry Review, Wind Publications, CPU Review, and others, as well as on websites such as Literary Salt, Blood Orange Review, and PoetsAgainsttheWar.org. Her poetry collection, The Art of Folding, is the product of her 2006 travels to Israel and Palestine. She works with the Voices In Wartime Education Project.
